Yoga connects people through energy with no need for words. I would love to use yoga sessions to help couples, family, friends, co-workers or any individuals who wish to connect and connect at a deeper level.

The physical and mental development during pre-teen and teen years are not easy to live through. School and peer pressure adds more challenge to the parents as well as younsters. Yoga teaches them to embrace their uniqueness in body and mind. It helps them develop a positive mindset, good posture, a strong sense of self, not to mention the immediate benefit of learning how to manage stress. Yoga is also proven to improve sports performance at both physical and mental level.
My years of working as a teacher helped me to understand, empathize, appreciate, connect and inspire them.

Every developmental stage needs a different approach and structure. I will use fun and captivating yoga stories along with prompts to work with your 3-7 year-olds. The benefits for them to learn body awareness, graceful movements and mindfull breathing wil contribute to their wellness for a lifetime.
I love kids! My heart has a special place for kids diagnosed with Autism (ASD) and ADHD. Yoga is scientifically proven to modulate the brain for better cognition, focus and overall sense of wellbeing.
