Yoga Fundamentals Programs for Teens/Tweens and 4-8yrs 

I have submitted two proposals to the city and been approved:

a Youth Yoga Adventure program and

a Little Yogi Warriors program.  We are to start with a two-week

4-sessions sequence starting July 17th.  Register by click the link below and go to youth recreation:

The Benefits of Youth/Kids Yoga Include but Not Limited to:

Physical: Increase strength, flexibility and balance

               Improve muscle coordination and hand-eye coordination

               Enhance athletic performance and help reach peak athletic delivery

               Ensure good posture, develop healthy body awareness and self-esteem

               Improve sleep quality

Mental:    Improve concentration and behavior

                Foster positive academic experience and performance

                Calm the mind and increase positive feelings

                Reduce compulsive intentions with improved emotional regulation

Social:      Increase a sense of connection with others

                 Acquire skills for positive interaction and team work
